1-Star Review (Changed from 5 Stars) I started with a 5-star rating for this dealership, but I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Trying to buy a car here has been a shady experience. I asked their sales rep, Janilsa, to show me the full transaction details—something dealerships don’t exactly roll out the red carpet for. Apparently, that was too much to ask! I’ve been begging for the manager’s email to keep things moving, but it’s been total silence since Janilsa’s last email on October 6, 2025, asking for my phone number to “discuss details.” Why is it such a big deal for me to see what’s going on? What are you hiding? All I wanted was to review the disclosure documents—nothing wild, just the paperwork you’re supposed to share with customers. Instead, it feels like they’re pushing the classic “just sign here, trust us” line, which is what most customers fall for when they submit credit applications. I’m not trying to play lawyer or dig through fine print; I just want transparency. Is that too much? Mr. Manager, please email me back. I’m not here to play detective. If you need me to submit a credit application so you can check my credit or sign away my rights, I’ll do it with a smile. BUT—if you deny me a “loan” because of my credit score, demand a big down payment, or say I need a co-signer, you’re playing a dangerous game. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (12 CFR 1002.9(b)) says you can’t take adverse action on my credit based on a score that has nothing to do with the “loan” you claim the bank is offering. Let’s be real: you’re not getting a bank loan for every customer. You’re just selling—sorry, assigning—our contracts to the bank, and most customers have no clue. Imagine if everyone read the Truth in Lending Act and realized the power they have. Check your contract, folks—there’s no bank listed as the seller, just the dealership. they’re excluding insurance from the finance charge. For those who don’t know, a finance charge is supposed to be everything you pay out of pocket, rolled into one simple montly payment. But instead, they’ve got you paying three things: the insurance, the so-called “loan,” and interest on top. Think I’m joking? Go read 15 USC 1605. It’s like getting a restaurant bill with hidden fees for the tablecloth and the waiter’s smile—except this one’s costing you thousands. Mr. Manager, stop playing hide-and-seek and email me back. Muneer it was very friendly and helpful. Price negotiation was available and they seem to be fair. I can say the service is friendly and helpful. The used car I purchased seems excellent but a review on the car is yet to be determined. I'll update if I experience any issues, otherwise all is ok and well worth the visit.
