Shondell from Queens Auction Auto Mall was an absolutely fantastic gentleman & salesman with me & my family after we had the opposite type of experience at Major World. When we first showed up, Shondell just had us sign and let us look around for 10 minutes which we really appreciated. Will is amazing! He is courteous and friendly with the customers. Most of all I enjoyed his honesty amd demeanor. He is not a hard seller.
